Corporate Background
The origin of Water Incorporated dates back to 1959 when one of the principals of Water Incorporated became associated with the Central States Sewerage Co., Inc., a division of Hart Industrial Sales of Cincinnati, Ohio. In or about 1961 Central States Sewerage Co., Inc. changed their name to Aer-O-Flo Sewerage Treatment Company of Cincinnati. Associated Metals of Nashville was established in 1964 to service the Aer-O-Flo Sewerage Treatment Company of Cincinnati in the design, manufacture and installation of Package Sewage treatment Plants.
With various incorporation, division and divestitures, the former owner of Associated Metals, chartered Water Incorporated in 1977. From its incorporation, Water Incorporated furnished equipment for selected customers primarily in the Kentucky/Tennessee and Georgia/ South Carolina areas. In 1994 the company was reorganized and it was decided to increase sales by acquiring additional representation in other regions. The effort was successful; Water Incorporated increased its sales each year over the preceding year. The sales and engineering office was moved to Acworth, GA in 2002. The former owner of Water Incorporated retired in 2004 and Water Incorporated of Georgia was formed and continues business as usual.
The main principal of Water Incorporated of Georgia has over 30 years experience in the wastewater field covering all aspects of design, build, operation and marketing of wastewater treatment equipment, primarily package and field erect plants, tertiary filters, clarifiers, thickeners and miscellaneous items.
With the management and engineering experience of its personnel, Water Incorporated of Georgia will continue to grow and expand as a major force in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
